No one appears to have been jailed or identified outside of usernames, and some posts requesting information on or requesting particular usernames be doxxed seem to identify usernames that were more active in the past. Direct messages between these usernames seem to all be heavily protected with technomancy, making them inaccessible.

The dark web is largely Avalon people, so mostly they are of the mindset that they can't commit crime if everyone is dead, but there are a few people who always want to end the world, of course.
