After mod discussion we have decided that Rent-A-Ride would have hired seasonal help to allow for him to have been helping for a short period, however, considering the distance between the facility and Camelot this would not be a viable full-time option as it takes a two-day ride, hence the stop at the Red Spring Inn on arrival.
There are stables within Camelot that he could work at; Camelot functions like most any town, theater, various shops, some magic, some not, Quests boards give options, inns need various jobs taken care of (really feel free to play with it, delivery boy for an innkeeper/shop keeper, sweep the floors, maybe not a cook, less he knows how then go for it!), essentially outside of a job that affects the Knighthood or Nobility which must be earned through AC rewards you are free to have him be a bellhop, page boy, dance in the streets with a top hat, stock shelves at a general store, help keep the accounts, process orders, take care of customers. Long story short, most jobs are there and available, we just ask that everyone live within range of Camelot, so any jobs involving Rent-A-Ride or the Red Spring Inn would be seasonal only, but the same job could be found in Camelot.
