Sorry if this has been asked, but since it wasn't up in the rules listed for playable characters I wanted to make sure real quick!

Can we app characters from canons that have no official English translation, if there is an unofficial translation that's widely available and reliable in order for canonblind mods to double check characterization claims/etc? I'm thinking specifically of the later parts of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, which have been available in English unofficially for years and years but just haven't seen official English release yet.
