First and most obvious question: do ghosts exist? Whether they do or they don't, are there any notable haunted places where a character may be directed to or warned away from if they ask about?

If ghosts DO exist, is it possible for a character with the Cognitive magic to communicate/use their magic on them like other people? Emet and his friend are trying to pinpoint what exactly counts as a 'person' for SCIENCE. Or, well, magic.

(Basically I'd love a lowdown on world-related ghosty stuff if there's anything available.)
