1: A character may only bring in weapons which belong to them in canon. If they do, we would allow the crossbows which would function as a regular crossbow. The keyblade is shown to not be his but in fact an item he is supposed to deliver to someone else and would not be allowed in his inventory.
2: The coat will have to be inert due to game mechanics not being the same as any powers found in-game but instead a separate set of magic.
3: A character may only be apped with identities that are canonically proven. While we allow headcanons for characters, it cannot be in direct conflict with canonical evidence. Given that Xigbar is canonically proven to be Luxu (it isn't just fan theory, that is confirmed information) and Luxu and Master of Masters have interacted on-screen with no evidence to the contrary. Thus he would be listed as the names that have been proven to be his, Xigbar/Luxu, and there will be no portrayal of him as the Master of Masters, a separately appable character.
