Hello! Thank you for your question and your patience. It would not be eligible to be a familiar and as characters would not have access to their quirks in game, the only option would be to have it come in as a pet. It could have its physical form (with shadowy aesthetics), but could not materialize/dematerialize and would have no special abilities beyond that of a normal bird.
