Hi mods! I'm the FAQ you say, "Those who have gained peak human physical capabilities through training may keep them, but enhanced physical capabilities are considered to fall under the supernatural category and will be converted to Avalon-style magic."
What about enhanced abilities that aren't physical? The character in question is the product of a genetic experiment which "unlocked" a key in the human genome that allowed him to be more intelligent than unaltered humans. The experimentation was done at the embryo stage, so Bean has been altered for his entire life, and wouldn't know what it would be like to not be as smart as he is (polyglot, eidetic memory, capable of picking up and analyzing any new concept and writing academically published works at the age of 6). Seeing how Bean's extreme intelligence is an integral part of his character, and not really something that can be regained via in-game magic, I'm wondering whether he would be allowed to keep that part of his genetic enhancement upon arrival into the game? There is a physical trade-off to the extreme intelligence that I would be happy to do without (his body will literally never stop growing and he will die a giant in his twenties), if that would make sense to you guys.
